Reginald G. (Ray) Moore is a retired Senior Executive Service (SES) member with over 32 years of proven investigative, executive protection, protective intelligence gathering, and security education and development experience with the United States Secret Service; the last 14 years in senior leadership positions which included the management of the Atlanta Field Office, one of the largest field offices in the Secret Service. Ray has facilitated the protection of eight U.S. Presidents, numerous Heads of State and the planning of National Security Special Events (NSSE) with national security implications. Ray has conducted numerous Risk Analysis and Threat Assessments pertaining to personnel, facilities, and other key assets. Ray has also developed and managed numerous Emergency Preparedness Programs, Crisis Management Programs and Continuity of Operations Planning Programs both domestically and internationally. Ray is a graduate of West Georgia College, the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, the Secret Service Training Academy, the Office of Personnel Management Senior Leadership Academy, and the Johns Hopkins University Senior Leadership School. At the time of his retirement, Ray possessed a U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.
